Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage reservations
Coordinate seating and maintain an organised flow of guests
Communicate with service staff and management
Handle guest enquiries and special requests
Maintain a clean, polished reception/hostess area
Uphold venue standards and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a high-end beach club or luxury restaurant
Excellent communication skills in English
Confident, well-groomed, and guest-focused
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
