We are seeking a professional European Waitress to join a premium hospitality venue located on The Palm, Dubai. The candidate must be well-presented, confident, and able to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Ensure smooth and timely service throughout the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Uphold venue standards and follow service protocols
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality (fine dining or luxury venue preferred)
Experience in 7-rooms style service is an advantage
Must be European / European-looking (as per client brief)
Strong communication skills in English
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Positive attitude and strong customer-service orientation
Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
